Adriana Albritton is The Fitness Wellness Mentor and Founder of A Fit Wellness and the blog FitINAll.com. She holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, certifications in Personal Training & Fitness Nutrition, and has participated nationally with the National Physique Committee in Figure competitions. Adriana has a podcast in Spanish, Ponte en Forma y Saludable con Adriana, and is one of the authors of The Better Business Book (Volumes 2 and 3).
Adriana was involved in the mental health field over the years. She specialized in populations involved with the criminal justice system, treating perpetrators of crime as well as victims. She witnessed the negative effects that an unbalanced mind has on the body and its surrounding environment. Later on, she recognized the awful repercussions that an unbalanced body has on the psyche.
Nowadays, she enjoys steering individuals towards healthier lifestyles. A Fit Wellness provides fitness, wellness, and life coaching and assists clients in recognizing and utilizing their full potential. Throughout her work, Adriana integrates the purpose of achieving a high achiving mind along with a fit body, while cultivating a balanced internal environment.

Building the Path
On Level 1, you will learn how to build a path for success. You'll be able to design achievable goals and structure your vision, as well as inspirational sources.
On Level 2, I will teach you how to identify unhealthy thinking patterns and restructure your cognitions.
On Level 3, you will learn to switch your perception and adopt healthy stress management techniques.
On Level 4, we'll address self-esteem issues and aim to build a strong internal core.
Level 5 will provide specific hacks to achieve high altitudes of success.
